Spatial Audio uses advanced algorithms to simulate how sound waves interact with your ears and the environment, creating a 3D sound field that surrounds you from all directions. You can enjoy Spatial Audio with any headphones or speakers that are compatible with Windows 11.<br><br>Windows 11 supports three Spatial Audio formats: Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Audio. Windows Sonic is Microsoft\u2019s proprietary Spatial Audio format, which comes built-in to almost all recent Windows 11 devices. No external software is required to use it, and it is available to the users for free. Dolby Atmos is well known for its immersive sound quality, and most Windows devices have Dolby Atmos support. However, you must install the Dolby Access app to use it. Additionally, you will need a subscription to use the app after the free trial ends. DTS Audio is more suited for when using headsets, and most Windows devices also support it. You will need to install the DTS Sound Unbound app to use it.<br><br>To enable Spatial Audio on your Windows 11 device, you can follow these steps:<br><br>Open Settings using the Windows + I key.<br>From the menu options, click on System.<br>Then, click on Sound.<br>Here, click on your audio device.<br>Once the device properties page opens, scroll down and click on the drop-down menu for Spatial audio.<br>Select the \u2018Windows Sonic for Headphones\u2019 option.<br><br>That\u2019s all there is to it.
