Of these five commands, all but Switch User are customizable \u00a0using Windows 7's group policies.<\/p><div id=\"pchel-3189151599\" class=\"pchel-qbs-adsence-content pchel-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-8454708912439696\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-8454708912439696\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"8098774585\" \ndata-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div><br style=\"clear: both; display: block; float: none;\"\/>\n<p>So if you find that you never use one or more of those commands, or (more likely) if you want to prevent a user from accessing one or more of the commands, you can use group policies to remove them from the Windows Security window.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the steps to follow:<\/p>\n<p>First open Windows Group Policy Editor by opening the 'search programs and files box' and then typing <strong>gpedit.msc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>When the Group Policy Editor pops up open the User Configuration | Administrative Templates | System | Ctrl+Alt+Del Options branch.<\/p>\n<p>Now double-click one of the following policies:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Remove Change Password<\/strong> \u2014 You can use this policy to disable the Change A Password button in the Windows Security window.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Remove Lock This Computer<\/strong> \u2014 You can use this policy to disable the Lock Computer button in the Windows Security window.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Remove Task Manager<\/strong> \u2014 You can use this policy to disable the Start Task Manager button in the Windows Security window.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Remove Logoff<\/strong> \u2014 You can use this policy to disable the Log Off button in the Windows Security window.<\/p>\n<p>When you click on one of the above policies a policy dialog box appears.
