In cases like these, it\u2019s best to try Windows Safe Mode, which runs just a barebones version of the Windows operating system to strip out anything that might cause a problem.<\/p>\n<p>To enter Safe Mode Click Start, then type <strong>Change advanced startup options<\/strong> and click the top result. From the settings window that appears, click \u201c<strong>Restart now<\/strong>\u201d under the <strong>Advanced startup<\/strong> <strong>heading<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>When your PC restarts, click <strong>Troubleshoot<\/strong>, then <strong>Advanced options<\/strong>, then <strong>System Restore<\/strong>.
