The Hard Drive itself is faulty and needs changing (try changing to a fast SSD <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/qbs-pchelp.us2.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=3c195003efac9278a8f62d0a4&amp;id=4a115c5451&amp;e=986f8e8a6e\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.qbs-pchelp.co.uk\/pchelparticles\/ssdinstall.html<\/a>).<br><br>2. The Hard Drive's cable is damaged or wrongly connected.<br><br>3. The PC's BIOS is incorrectly configured (by far the least likely problem).<br><br>You will need to check these three things yourself.
